Document Storage

We provide document storage services with the rental of a climate controlled unit. We will work with you to prepare the unit for your documents and ensure that the space meets all your needs.

  1. Your Responsibilities
    •You place the documents you wish to store in standard letter and/or legal sized file boxes. (We can provide boxes at a cost of the price of the boxes, plus sales tax and 15%). •All materials must be stored in boxes. •You are responsible for inventorying and sealing boxes. •You may deliver boxes or request a box pick up.   2. Our Responsibilities
    •We install FREE shelving in the storage unit for your use. •Shelves will be spaced with a minimum 2 foot space between units for walking. •We provide a FREE lock for each unit used for document storage. •We pick up your boxes and securely deliver them to our facility upon your request. See Shredding for pick-up prices. •We barcode the boxes to match your inventory. •We deliver boxes upon your request.
